We’re excited to announce that Essencia.co has been acquired by Extreme Holdings LLC, a North Carolina based online & physical retailer of tactical gear and high performance outdoor equipment which opened its doors in 2001 and has since established itself as one of North America’s fastest growing tactical & outdoor equipment retailers with over 30 stores.

Essencia LLC was established over two years ago as a joint-venture between two partners based in the United States & all the way across the globe in India. It had humble beginnings and went from dropshipping goods from various suppliers based in Asia to outsourcing its production to a well-known supplier of tactical & outdoor gear in the US who also supply their goods to various US law enforcement & military organisations.

Over 15,000 orders and 30,000+ customers and 2 years later, we are thrilled to announce that Extreme Holdings LLC is going to take Essencia.co to new heights and offer its customers an ever-growing range of high performance tactical and outdoor equipment, with a pledged investment of over $200,000 for FY 2020 alone.

We’re proud to let you know Extreme Holdings LLC buyout of Essencia LLC for a significant sum is one of the largest acquisition deals in recent history for a website which started out as a humble dropshipping store by two people and a very small team of support staf and suppliers based across the world.

We did not get to this point alone. We’d like to personally thank our loyal customers, our team and our investors including Capital One bank for their constant support, encouragement and dedication to making Essencia.co a success.

Going forward, the Essencia.co brand (also known as Essencia.co USA, or Essencia USA) will be re-branded and absorbed under the “Extreme Outfitters” brand owned and operated by Extreme Outfitters LLC. Our new online address is www.extremeoutfitters.us
