Hi, I’m Natasha Youngberg, founder of Ounce of Soul ✨
A lot of you are new here lately, so I wanted to properly introduce myself and share the heart behind both me and this brand.
☀️ MAKES MEANINGFUL JEWELRY
I started Ounce of Soul after losing my dad and searching for something that made grief feel lighter and more connected instead of heavy. Every piece is meant to tell a story, hold meaning, and remind people they are never alone in what they carry.
🩵 TYPE 1 DIABETIC
Living with Type 1 Diabetes has shaped so much of who I am. My dad was also Type 1 diabetic, and because of that we shared a really special bond and understanding of each other. It’s something that connected us deeply throughout my life, and now it’s one of the many ways I still feel close to him.
♉️ TA**US SUN
Grounded, emotional, creative, sentimental, and probably romanticizing life with coffee, jewelry, sunsets, and playlists. A true Ta**us through and through.
🤍 BEST AUNT
Being an aunt is one of the greatest joys in my life. Nothing matters more to me than loving my people well and creating memories with them.
🛍 WEEKEND MARKETS
Most weekends you’ll find me waking up before sunrise, packing jewelry displays into my car, setting up at markets, and getting to meet so many incredible people face to face. Hearing your stories is truly my favorite part of this business.

Ounce of Soul was built on the belief that grief deserves softness, connection, and space to be talked about openly. I wanted to create jewelry that helps people feel close to the ones they miss and reminds them that love doesn’t disappear after loss.
