Weather permitting, there will be an ARNA meeting May 2 at 3:00 pm, 2026, at the middle Alexanders Ridge entrance.
(Rain Date: May 16, 3:00pm)
-Bring lawn chairs.
-We will also be accepting dues payments at the meeting.
-A chance to meet your neighbors!
-If we run out of money and can’t maintain the entrance, our property values will drop.
-Please help out by paying dues of $60/yr ($5/mo), going forward. Our grass maintenance costs have inflated over 100% since the inception of ARNA.
-It is a small investment in your own property.
-We only accept checks, money orders made out to ARNA, or cash.
-Please deposit your $60/yr payment in the secure drop-box which is mounted on the mailbox post at 9871 Piney Ridge Dr.
-To those who have already paid for 2026, Thank you!

-We need a volunteer to be ARNA secretary. Our current secretary is resigning.

-ARNA pays for the grass cutting and lawn treatments only. We need volunteers to continue to maintain the shrub beds, to trim the bushes and trees and pick up trash. Many Thanks to those who have been doing this recently!!!

We still need 20 more homes to pay $50 to cover expenses for the remainder of the 2025 cutting season and pre-emergent w**d treatment to prevent early w**d growth in 2026.
Thank you to everyone who has already paid — especially those who gave more than $50. Your generosity has helped cover shortfalls from unpaid homes.
We simply need more contributions to complete this year’s maintenance. The cost is just $50 per home per year, and additional donations are always appreciated.
Without more dues paid, we may face overgrown entrances all winter.�Let’s finish strong—Please pay $50 today!

ARNA lock box is available for drop off. Address is listed on individual flyer left on mailboxes and also on the front entrance sign.

Please note: The ARNA PO Box has been discontinued due to lack of use—only one person mailed dues there last year. Because of the cost and limited response, we could no longer justify keeping it.

A locked dropbox is now available at an ARNA officer’s residence for dues payments. While we can’t list the address publicly on Facebook, it will be included in the flyers being distributed soon.

Important: The dropbox was recently moved to a new location—be sure to check the updated flyer for correct details.
