Some of my favorite animals have spots. Me too!

Did you know servals are often a victim of the fur trade? As a species that is labeled as least concern by the IUCN, the serval has a sustainable population but is not exempt from the many challenges all felines face.
Servals are often compared to cheetahs due to their fur coloration and pattern; however, the similarity often makes them a target for poachers. Poachers will often hunt servals to sell their fur as ‘cheetah’ or ‘leopard’ since most people aren’t able to spot the difference and there are fewer restrictions on serval hunting, it’s easier for them to get away with it.
Can you tell the difference between a serval and cheetah pattern?
