I am offerings shares of stock in my Iowa Corporation, Casey's Cube, Inc. Founded May 17th, 2017 and operating profitably over 7 years in business.
Investors and institutions may purchase equity for $25 per share with a minimum stake of 1,000 shares and up to a maximum offering of 50,000 shares per investor or institution. Including the option to purchase more in the future.
Current market capitalization is $586,500 USD since inception. Average annual rate of return is 14% cash on cash ROI and the current price to earnings ratio is 12:1 with limited dilution of stock price since I am only issuing shares that are fully capitalized and supported by revenue.
Ownership of equity will be conveyed by physical stock certificates and issued upon payment of agreed volume of shares and a stock price of $25 per share.
I operate primarily via e-commerce selling tangible assets and durable commodities including numismatics, US coins, silver, copper and gold. The rest of the revenue is derived from passive income through asset holdings, including real estate holdings and insurance contracts.
