Soooo cute

A lovely look at the 50s. These are called Gay Fad. Gay Fad was a major glass decorating business that started in Detroit and ran from 1938-1945 . In that short 7 year period, they produced many designs that are now well-known and recognizable. These glasses are a design easily recognized as Roaring 20’s. They were considered a Tom Collins frosted glass. I could see them as great ice tea glasses or for a cool summer drink.

Unique item brought from Austria. It’s from the 1930s. It was a store replica made for a little girl to pretend. The labels are porcelain.
