I've been busy working on some new designs. My next show is the Jersey Cape Sea Glass & Coastal Arts Festival May 10th &11th. I'm hoping to have a few really productive days at the bench this weekend.

I've been absent for quite a while... thanks for hanging with me and welcome to my new followers. Next weekend is my first event in almost 2 years. I won't have much in the way of jewelry. I'll be focusing on art work for this show, strictly because I have not had a studio to create in since I moved September 2022.

So... come check me out May 11th and 12th in Cape May at the Jersey Cape Sea Glass and Coastal Arts Festival, in the Historic Cold Spring Village. And don't forget all the other super talented artists that will be there.

Good news is... I'm working on my new studio now and hopefully will have it up and running by the end of May.

I've been taking a break... with a ton going on in life. New regular job, new grandson... and moving soon to a new temporary home. So sorry I've been so absent. I have a few orders I'm finally going to have a chance to finish and then I'm going to have to pack up the studio for an unknown time.

Thanks for sticking with me... and just for fun, here's a pic of my newest grandson Oliver! He's just 3 weeks old now and completely stole my heart! 🥰

Happy veterans day! Today we honor our veterans! Thank you to all the Sailors, Airmen, Marines and Soldiers who have served and continue to serve. Unfortunately, my picture does not show everyone in my family that has served, but I don’t have a picture of them all. ❤

Tile art and coasters are finished and ready for the show on Saturday. It's been a while since I did these. I tried some new designs and with the help of Debra, they are all coated in Resin and backed with cork.

To say that 2020 was a trying year is an understatement, and we all know that too well. I spent the majority of my time out of my studio, completely uninspired. The year started with my trying to get over the worst case of bronchitis I've ever had... from November 2019 until mid March 2020. This was followed by a fall on March 10th where I crushed my right hand and sprained my wrist. I had months of recovery and lots of self pity.
Why am I sharing this? Because even though my full time work never stopped, my jewelry and my passion for it did. All but 1 show was canceled for the year which took away from any motivation I may have had.

Well... now we've welcomed 2021! Thank goodness! I'm finally back in the studio creating and I'm so proud of the new work.

2021 will see a rebranding of my dream.
Look for more to come...a new name and new look (still beachy of course) and an entire new line of jewelry.
