Just want to pop in and let you know that I am still working on my new Welcome Back Collection! I had a few medical things to deal with and my hand pain flares up from time to time so my hands are kind of in control of letting me know when I can work on my designs. BUT, I am thrilled to be back at it! As I mentioned before my new collection will have some music inspired pieces, but I will also have some hummingbird pieces dedicated to my Mom, who passed last year. I also drew a lot of inspiration from nature, therefore, going forward, my designs will not only be made using primarily sterling silver, copper wire, semi precious stones, and gold filled wire, but wood will be incorporated in a big way, as will items found in nature, so STAY TUNED! 🦋

Wow! I cannot believe it is 2025! Where has the time gone? So much has happened since I've been in here, including the loss of my Mom. When I lost my Dad, he told me to never give up on my jewelry making and losing my Mom reminded me that we have to do things we want to do now and do what makes us happy, NOW! Don't wait!

You all know jewelry making and design has been a passion of mine for many years until my rheumatoid arthritis started. I have been trying different things to help with the pain and mobility and am really wanting to try to make a few new jewelry pieces and components. I have also started piano lessons, which oddly enough hasn't affected my hands in the same way as using my jewelry making tools. So, I have been feeling inspired to make my first collection back, a music inspired collection. I'm sure this collection will be slow going, at least at first. So stay tuned. I miss you all!

I know it has been a while since I have posted new things. Family life has just been so busy with the boys school, one of which I homeschool, my work and we got a new puppy who keeps me extra busy. Hi everyone! I hope you have all been having a fantastic summer! I have some pieces I will be posting over the next few days. The pain in my hands never goes away now. They are getting harder and harder to use and now I have a trigger finger too. I've learned that this can happen with RA. Although, I enjoy making jewelry to share with all of you, my body let's me know how much I can do, and when, and I don't want to push it. My new collections are taking longer than I thought, but they are timeless and can be worn any season of the year. They are being released one piece at a time but once my shop's new look is complete, I think it will be worth it. 💜🦋
