This world is so heavy, y’all! 🥵 But I’ve found a way to lighten my load…literally!!! My body is getting healed and healthy, my mind is much clearer and my spirit is renewed! I feel strong and capable!! It’s been a very loonnngggg time since I’ve been able to say that. Pre-Covid days for sure!!

Who needs a reset? 🙋‍♀️ This is hands down one of the very best things I’ve done for myself!! I do not feel guilty at all for prioritizing me because my family is reaping the benefits as well! 🥰 I feel better, my mood is much better, I have more energy, I do more, I play more, I’m way more productive, I feel a sense of happiness again and I find myself smiling more! 😊
