Change is part of the creative cycle, even when it comes with mixed feelings.

Some of you may know that I have arthritis & my little cottage jewelry biz grew from not being able to work a "real" job and knowing I'd go nuts with out something to do. But having said that, the arthritis has now progressed to a point that my hands are protesting the bending of wire. 😢 I knew it would happen eventually so I’ll be shifting my focus toward a new endeavor and scaling back my jewelry work for the time being. While it’s bittersweet to step away from a creative outlet I’ve deeply loved, I’m also genuinely excited about what’s unfolding and the new ways I’ll be channeling that creativity.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, worn, gifted, and loved my work over the years. This isn’t an ending—just a turning of the wheel. 🖤✨

Anyone else? Whew, the end of the year kicks my 🍑!

And in other news, the crud has finished me off for the year 🤒 I caught something around Thanksgiving and it's still hanging on. I was supposed to do 2 holiday markets and it's prevented me from doing both of them. So between that and the arthritis I've been doing some thinking and there may be some big changes coming after the first of the year. I'll keep you posted so keep your 👀 peeled.

Had a pretty awesome week this week. SOLD 2 of my pieces during my shift at the craft center, 1 of which was being given as a gift. The buyer asked me to autograph the care card. 🤯🥰 And had a piece sell at Crimson! AND AND got 2 lovely reviews!!! I know they won't all be like this but Woo hoo! Gave me a nice little boost to my confidence. 💙🥰🌟 Hope your week was equally awesome!
