Some Sisters Some Sisters is a Mother/Daughter collaboration serving the Essex County Community. We have served t This venue has been three years in the making.

Formerly known as Zakiyyahs’ Assessories, Zakiyyah and her “Big Ma” have joined their talents to promote their wares at local events. The year is spearheaded with the three day Memorial Day Weekend Festival at Weequahic Park and extends throughout the summer with the Bergen Street Festival, Christian Love Fun Day and the Carribean Festival in Orange, NJ. de of colorful umbrellas to shield folks from the sun, an array of exquisite unique jewelry designs handpicked by Zakiyyah and really nice handbags. The children have their own section of bubbles and bangles and super hero characters. This year a “MAN CAVE” is making its debut so that the entire family can purchase some “Stuff”. Some Sisters is more than a market place, it is a gathering of Family and Friends and community. On any given weekend event you will see cousins and aunties gathered under the tent with the children lending a hand with customers and enjoying the music and the cultural atmosphere at the park. All are welcome to come out and shop with “Some Sisters".
