I am so thrilled to be part of the United Flags of Fashion initiative with , , , and .

This project arrives at a unique moment. Milestone anniversaries invite us to look both backward and forward. They ask us to reflect on who we've been, who we've become, and who we still hope to be. As designers, we have the privilege and responsibility of imagining what comes next.

For this project, I created a flag honoring my home state of Illinois. A place whose history of labor, industry, migration, and cultural exchange continues to shape the American story in ways both visible and unseen.

Truly honored and grateful to contribute to this collective portrait of American creativity alongside more than 120 designers.

Beginning July 27, the flags will be on view at Rockefeller Center.
