They’re definitely my favorite part of the Brodie Cardigan. The cardigan itself is kept nice and simple with granny stitch, then the sleeves get all the attention with a contrasting crochet band and pom-pom trim.

I’ve made two completely different color combinations — cream and navy for a more classic look, and grey with hot pink when you want those pom-poms to really pop.

It’s such a fun way to turn a simple hexagon cardigan into something a little different.

Super bulky yarn is one of my favorites when I want a project that doesn’t take forever. 🧶

For the Moss Crochet Blanket, I’ve kept everything nice and simple — just two stitches repeated throughout the blanket. It’s easy to get the hang of, even if you’re fairly new to crochet, and once you find your rhythm, it’s the perfect project to work on while watching TV.

The chunky yarn means every few rows make a noticeable difference, and my special color-change method means no weaving in a mountain of ends afterward.

Definitely one for a cozy weekend of crochet. 🤍
