**HOW TO ORDER!!
1. !!!ORDER TODAY ONLY IF YOU CAN PAY TODAY!!! Unless you are combining shipping or building a box, Which means you still will have to pay for the items you claims!! ALL INVOICES must be paid “UPON RECEIVED”
**After 24 hours of been sent, UNPAID INVOICE or will be cancel! I will send
you a reminder to pay. If left unpaid, you be banned from the group and any further Live Broadcasts!**
I do combine shipping this allows you to put all your paid items in one same box and save on shipping down the road, but we DO NOT offer lines of credit. IF YOU CAN’T PAY TODAY, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER or you will be removed from the group!!
2. Comment “sold” to claim an item, ONLY if you are 100% committed to buying it. Please make sure the items you claim, are the ones you want, removal of items or switching allowed only ONCE, created confusion with inventory, repetitive offenders will be banned.
3. SHIPPING POLICY: regular mail starts st $6 dollars up to 15 oz it takes 5 to 7 days to arrive! Due to the virus it may take a little longer, please be patient! If your box � goes OVER 15oz you will be charged PRIORITY BOXES: SMALL $8, MEDIUM $15, LARGE $20 with $50 insurance included, if you package is worth more than $50 it’s recommended to pay for extra insurance! ( please be aware prices are set by USA post office not me)
After payment is done I mail orders very quick usually within 1 to 3, please be patient, and be sure your order will go out as fast as I can, within that time frame! I will send a separate invoice for shipping once your order has been packed/ shipped. This ensures that everybody is accurately billed for shipping. I ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON PAYPAL. ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS ON PAYPAL IS CORRECT BEFORE PAYING. This is the ONLY way PayPal protects us as sellers in case of a dispute. Please provide 2-3 days advance notice if you would like to be shipped.
4. NONE PAYERS! It’s very important to remember to be mindful that I’m a small home
Base mom business and my time and and your time it’s valuable, none payer will not be able to continue to buy if it becomes repetitive!
5. I SEND INVOICES as soon as possible-late night/ early morning and will always send a msg when we do. Please pay as soon as you notice. Invoice MUST BE PAID, UPON RECUIVED, 24 hours after that will be CANCELED and may not be able to reorder from page, live shows, etc.
6. LOOK AT THE CLOSE-UPS AND NOTE/WEIGHT/DIMENSIONS BEFORE ORDERING. I list exact or approximate dimensions and weights on all listings, AND I include close up pictures of most items in the comments section. It is your responsibility to note these details as well as check the close up photos for quality before committing to an item/ parcel.
7. If you pay for priority boxes packages are secure with Insurance, can also buy additions. So in the case one of your products arrive broken or damaged YOU can claim such insurance by filing an online claim with the post office. Buyer’s remorse is not an excuse to make a poor little crystal travel across the country twice and risk its integrity. No returns or exchanges accepted, all sales are final.
