I’ve dreamed of creating a space for the world of JUJU VERA since I was a little girl. In imagining it, I kept returning to the asarotos oikos, or “unswept floor,” ancient Roman mosaics depicting the remnants of a feast left scattered on the floor. A symbol of abundance and the passing of time, preserving an ordinary moment long after it was lived.

That idea runs quietly through the space, a world of objects to be lived with, collected, and marked by time. Somehow, in shaping this world, it has shaped me too. What began in my dreams is finally a place I can share. I can’t wait to welcome you into it.
