1. Uncooked bubble ………1cup
2. brown sugar………….20g
3.mike………….200cc
4. Black tea bag………2包
5.water…………..300cc

👉👉👉method of work
1. Pour about five times the amount of water into the dry bubble and put them in the dry pearls until boiling.
2. After the bubble have all surfaced, turn to a medium-heat and roll for about 20 to 30 minutes;
3 Take up the bubble and wash and drain in cold water, adding the right amount of fructose to stir.

Depending on the extent of fermentation:
(1)Non-fermented: The color of non-fermented appears an essential color of the tea leaves as well as with the scent of tea, e.g., Green Tea.
