We often get phone calls asking if we do house calls for grandfather clocks. The callers often sound reluctant to ask, like they fully expect the answer to be "no". We can understand this.
So, why is this? Let's take a look at the process for having a grandfather clock repaired.

👉🏻 First, we speak with you on the phone, via email, or in person. Here is our contact information. We try to learn what we can about the clock.
👉🏻 We will send out the clockmaker to your home or office to service your Grandfather clock. Typically a good cleaning and re-oiling of a grandfather clock movement will take care of many problems.
‼️ Sometimes your grandfather clock may require additional work that would be best if the clockmaker brought the grandfather clocks' movement back to our shop.
