Yesterday’s Go Red ❤️ for Women event at the Utica University Nexus Center was such a special day for our team.
We were proud to support this event and be part of a room filled with people helping to raise awareness for women’s heart health. The survivor stories shared throughout the day were emotional, honest, and something we will carry with us long after the event ended. It was a powerful reminder to know the warning signs, make your health a priority, and take care of yourself and the people you love.
A special congratulations and thank you to Heather Evans, Courtney Saxton, Marie Masca & the entire American Heart Association team, the board members, volunteers, survivors, and everyone who helped bring this event together. You could truly feel the care and passion behind every detail.
This cause is especially personal to Steve and Theresa. Steve, a stroke survivor himself, and Theresa who proudly serves on the Mohawk Valley board for the America Heart Association, and we are grateful to support the mission both personally and professionally.
We were also happy our team of women could attend and represent Steve Lennon & Co. Jewelers while Steve held things down back at the store. We did make sure to bring a little bit of the red celebration back home to him at the end of the day. ❤️🎈
