Small Business Shout out to Bridgewater Jewelers!
Some businesses are more than just businesses, they become part of the history and memories of an entire community. That’s exactly what Bridgewater Jewelers has been for generations.
Recently, I wanted to do something special for one of my closest friends. We’ve been friends since we were 12 years old, and I decided to gift him a watch as a symbol of the time and friendship we’ve shared over the years. I had it engraved with “1 Brother 2 Another”, a subtle reference to “1 and 2,” representing the age when our friendship began, while also symbolizing the brotherhood we’ve built through the years.
Bridgewater Jewelers helped bring that idea to life perfectly.
What makes this even more meaningful to me is the deep history they have within our community and even within our own family. My wife’s grandparents, who both sadly passed away a few years ago, purchased their wedding rings from Bridgewater back in 1950, right before her grandfather left to serve in the Korean War. That’s the kind of history and legacy you simply can’t replace.
Established in 1883 and still owned by the same family now into its 5th generation, Bridgewater Jewelers has spent well over a century not only providing jewelry, watches, and engraving services, but also helping create lasting memories for countless families throughout our community. They’ve also continued to give back and stay actively involved in the community for generations.
In a world where so many long-standing family businesses disappear, it truly means a lot to still have businesses like Bridgewater Jewelers in our community.
If you’re looking for jewelry, watches, custom engraving, or a meaningful personalized gift, you may want to consider supporting a business that has been helping create memories for generations.
Have a great day!
Joe
