Ordering & Invoicing:
1. We invoice once per week on Thursday thru PayPal. Order cutoff is by Thursday at 4pm EST. Those invoices are due by the following Wednesday at midnight EST. For approved local customers cash payment and porch pickup is available. Invoices are sent thru Messenger, texts or emails from PayPal as we set up with individual customers in the beginning. You should check them late Thursday or Friday morning. Please remember to update information with us if you have new contact/address change. We do not accept checks or money orders under any circumstances.
2. New customers will be asked for their email and shipping address. You will be invoiced on PayPal.
3. Invoices not paid by Midnight Eastern Standard Time on the following Wednesday will be canceled. If this happens more than once, you are subject to being unable to shop with us in the future.
4. When claiming an item from a Live, an album or picture, or on our Paparazzi website, you are committing to purchase that item. Please do not claim if you are unable to fulfill that commitment.
5. Pre-order albums such as Fashion Fix or Life of the Party are not billed till they are received in house. Also in some cases, we are not able to fulfill pre-orders, we will private message you about this on an individual basis.
6. It is your responsibility, as the customer, to keep up with what you have purchased during the week. I suggest keeping a little memo pad list or taking screenshots of items as you purchase.
7. Purchases made directly from Paparazzi thru our consultant’s website are purchased and paid to Paparazzi directly. Their S&H and mailing is separate from anything purchased thru Sunshine Thyme Jewels. the link to purchase directly from Paparazzi https://paparazziaccessories.com/435550/
6. If you are unable to pay a week, please reach out to us and let us know. We are willing to work with you and understand things happen.
7. We will no longer hold more than 1 week of invoices at any time (this is only in cases where you have reached out to us). Your purchasing will be placed on hold until your invoice is cleared up on a time we have agreed upon. If, at this time, the invoice is still not paid, we will cancel it and you will be subject to not being able to shop with us in the future. Shipping:
1. Shipping is a flat fee of $4.00 per order. Orders are by week. Porch Pickup is free and is your responsibility to pick up in a timely manner.
2. We will no longer carry over 2 weeks of packages. If you only have 1 item in your basket for the week, we will contact you and ask if you’d like to carry over to the next week. This will only be in the case of 1 item. More than 1 will be invoiced. Please realize the heavier the package, the more it costs to ship.
3. We ship within 2 business days of payment except Sundays, Holidays, and any other dates when the Post Office is closed. Also in case of vacations, I will give you notice of when we are not shipping.
4. You will find a tracking number when your package ships in your email. Please use it to keep up with when your package will arrive.
5. If your address changes, it is your responsibility to change it in PayPal. We ship to the address provided by PayPal.
6. If the USPS Tracking shows your package as delivered, we are not responsible for replacing your package. Please contact your local Post Office.
7. If your package arrives damaged and it is the fault of the USPS and not of Sunshine Thyme Jewels, your package will not be replaced. Please fill out a damage report with the USPS along with a copy of your invoice.
8. Sunshine Thyme Jewels is not responsible for delays in shipping due to the USPS. Returns & Replacements:
1. If you receive an item from Sunshine Thyme Jewels that is defective or damaged beyond repair, you must take a picture of the item, send it to us, and we will either refund or replace the item (if another is available). We may or may not ask that the item be returned to us.
2. We will only honor returns or replacements due to the item being defective or damaged beyond repair. You have 7 business days from the date of receiving your item to let us know there is a problem.
3. If the item is easily fixable, we will not refund or replace:
Examples are (but not limited to):
A. Fishhook back earrings that have come off the hook and the hook itself is not broken. Necklaces that may have unlinked due to an O ring opening. If the O ring is missing we will send you a replacement O ring at no charge. A stone/gem that has fallen out and the stone/gem is in the package.
4. If you would like us to fix one of the issues above, we will be happy to. However, you will have to mail or bring the item back to us to do so at your expense.
5. In the case of an item that you have decided you do not like, does not fit, wasn’t the color you wanted, or any reason other than damage, you may return the item in the original packaging and in the condition of new. The cost of the return is your responsibility. When we receive the item back in its original packaging and it is not damaged or altered in any way, we will issue a refund of the item price only.
6. When refunding/replacing a damaged item, if we have the exact item still in stock you will be mailed a new one. If we do not, we will issue a refund of the item price only.
