OCI Beaumont LLC OCI Beaumont LLC (formerly known as Pandora Methanol LLC) is an integrated ammonia and methanol plant situated in South East Texas.

Having purchased the seven-year idled plant from the Eastman Chemical Company in May 2011, OCI Beaumont LLC began producing ammonia in December 2011, while methanol followed in July 2012. This marked the safe and successful completion of a 2.5 million man-hour restoration project; at its peak, over one thousand contractors were on site, with an OSHA Incident Rate of 0.16 (as at July 2012), against

an industry average of 3.44. OCI Beaumont LLC has now settled into normal operation with a full-time staff of seventy-five.
