I'm finally back from being down in Hollywood Fl supporting my mom with her back surgery. I don't think I've yet been able to process the sequence of events. I wish I could say it all went smoothly, but that's not the case. She's alive and slowly recovering thank God. It was quite traumatic honestly, and I'm still having lots of heart palpitations on the daily since she went in for surgery. The anxiety has been through the roof! We literally almost lost her a couple of times. For those that sent well wishes, thoughts and prayers, THANK YOU!! 💜💜💜

As is with life. It's a constant up and down. Spiraling up and down. The quest is to ascend of course. But like the ocean there is always ebb and flow. I'm just trying to ride the waves without falling so much. 🥴😅
