This week, we celebrated the birthday of Porter's Pawn owner/operator Shane Porter. Whether it is the Mountain Home or Harrison location, one thing about Shane is that he is NOT an absentee owner. Shane is in both locations day in and day out. Jacqueline refers to him as our walking encyclopedia because if you don't know something about a particular item, Shane will know. Shane has well over 30 years in the industry, and apart from being an owner operator for that length of time, he's also always working on ways to improve things for both the business and consumer side of the pawn retail experience. We can't wait to tell you more about the new APEX software we are developing and testing, but for now, help us wish Shane a Happy Birthday!
