Gemothy’s excited to announce… the Young Rockhound Scavenger Hunt is back, and it starts tommorrow! 🥳
This year, we’re sticking to to our roots – ROCKS! Well, not “rocks,” but all of our fun, beautiful crystals and minerals! 💎
We love to see these young rockhounds share our interest, and this scavenger hunt is a super fun way to learn about the mineral kingdom.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Our scavenger hunt will be split into 2 levels per age group. Group #1 is for kids ages 5 to 9. Group #2 is for kids 10 & up.
A completed level counts as one entry into the drawing for the grand prize announced at the end of the summer. If a child wishes to return during the summer to complete Level 2 (after having completed Level 1), they’ll receive an extra entry into the drawing. They can also complete both levels during one visit!
EVENT DATES: The scavenger hunt will begin on Friday July 31st at 10 AM and conclude on Monday, August 31st at 6 PM.
THE GRAND PRIZE: The winner will receive a $25 gift card to our store! When they submit their paper(s), we will collect their parent or guardian’s contact information.
The winner of the event’s parent or guardian will be notified on Wednesday, September 2nd.
