It’s Weird Watch Wednesday, and this week we have a mid-‘80s HEUER.

Yes: Heuer, NOT TAG Heuer!

This 1000 series is one of the last watches produced by Heuer before they were bought out by Tag and is the predecessor to their top selling Aquaracer line.

This particular model is a 38mm case on a two-tone steel bracelet and is an excellent example of Heuer’s first steps into the world of quartz timepieces.
