Lisa Carnes, our talented bench jeweler, is set to launch her new shop, The Paisley Cow Studio, in October. She is presently establishing her workshop in the Mt. Airy Commons, located at 118 S. Main Street. You can find her shop in the plaza area between Deja Vu Boutique and The Last Word bookstore. We encourage you to stop by with your repairs and discover her new shop, along with the diverse range of products available in the Mt. Airy Commons.

Great news!!! Vincent Lash, our jewelry appraiser, will still be offering his service for the Mt. Airy community and surrounding areas. Mount Airy Commons will be hosting Vince every 2nd Thursday of the month. We will be taking phone calls for the September 11th event, but the actual event will take place at Mount Airy Commons at118 S. Main Street. Call now to get on his list for next month!!!

To our valued customers,

It is with great difficulty that we say George’s Girls will be permanently closing. Our last day of operation will be Saturday, September 13th.

We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation for your support throughout the years. It has been an honor to serve you and be a part of this community. We will treasure the relationships formed from our days at Eagle Jewelers (George) to the new connections over the past 11 years as George’s Girls.

Even though our store is closing, our bench jeweler, Lisa Carnes, will continue to serve you with jewelry repair and watch battery replacement in a new location.

We’ll be holding a closing sale with discounts on most items up to our final day. Please stop by to say goodbye and take advantage of these final opportunities to shop with us.

What a beautiful night last night - we're hoping for the same weather tonight for Night 2 of our annual carnival.

The carnival opens tonight at 6pm!
🎶 On Stage Tonight: Poison Whiskey, thank you to our Gold Entertainment Sponsors: Wally's Iron Works, Mount Airy Coatings, and Dynamic Automotive. First set to begin at approximately 7pm.
🎡 Ride All Night Wristbands - $35 at the ticket booth.
🎟 Will Call Tickets - come to the raffle stand after 5pm to collect your pre-purchased tickets. Please bring ID or the confirmation email.

Indoor Buffet is open 4pm-7pm. Tonight is Fried Chicken and Meatloaf with assorted sides. $18 for adults, $20 for carryouts, $8 for children 6-12, under 5 are free!

💳 Credit Cards are accepted at the main eating stand, and the indoor buffet only. There are ATM's available on site.

🚨🚨As a reminder - Absolutely no outside food or drink is allowed on the grounds, this includes coolers. Please also keep your pets at home, unless they are service animals.
