The Magpie's Nest is a branding/name/business change for Fleur de Bead. As much as I love Fleur de Bead, my eclectic tastes and love of many forms of art don't really fit Fleur de Bead. My studio is much more a Magpie's Nest than a jewelry designer's studio. I love so many things vintage and I hope to incorporate them into other kinds of art I am exploring. I want to start practicing the basics I

already know and I am eager to learn new-to-me techniques. I am planning on retiring from my 30+ year law firm accounting career in 2.5 years, and The Magpie's Nest will help in facilitating my retirement. Welcome to my New Venture!
