We will be open Friday, April 10 from 11 AM – 3 PM for pick-ups only.

At this time, repairs to the front of our store are still ongoing, and we are waiting on a confirmed timeline for completion. We truly appreciate your continued patience and understanding during this unexpected situation.

For your arrival at Ed’s, kindly call our number and we will provide instructions to meet one of us at the back of our store (door marked “60”).

Please bring your claim ticket. We kindly ask that you bring exact cash if possible. If not, we can process card payments inside the store with a 3.5% service fee.

We are praying for everything to be resolved soon and cannot wait to fully reopen and serve you again 💛

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS WHO NEED TO PICK UP JEWELRY

We are still working on having a safe working front entrance but until then, we will be open on Friday, April 3, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM for pick-ups only.

We are working as quickly as possible to resolve the situation and reopen. For customers needing to pick up repair items, we will be available Thursday and Friday (3/26 & 3/27) from 11 AM–2 PM, and ask that you please call ahead for further instructions when you arrive. We sincerely appreciate your understanding, patience, and support during this time—it truly means a lot to us.

We want to inform our customers that our store will be temporarily closed due to an unexpected incident involving a vehicle driving into our storefront this afternoon, leaving us without a safe, workable entrance at this time. We are extremely grateful & thankful that no one needed medical help.

We understand many of you have repairs and jewelry with us, and please know we are actively working on solutions to return your items as quickly and safely as possible. This situation is completely out of our control, but we are doing everything we can to get back up and running.

We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support during this time. We will continue to provide updates as we learn more.
