Perhaps some have seen the crazy post on another page by a person named Nicodemus.
I am presenting this on our page since any attempt to provide factual information on his post was blocked or deleted or both.
Nicodemus is a little confused…as are many of the Facebook lawyers commenting on his post…so I can set this straight for you all in this post, since anytime someone comments against him on his post, he blocks their comments.
Nic’s father sold merchandise, and we followed state law when purchasing, as we always do. The merchandise was not stolen as he claims in his initial posting. Simply reading his comments will show that now the claim is dementia, and not stolen by his father. No paperwork has been presented in either event.
Nic thinks he is able to call and gather confidential information on our purchases, which he is not. Nic thinks he is entitled to a phone call if his father sells something, which he is not.
Nic has the receipt from the purchase, which he took from his father, and that is proof that we followed state law in filling out the proper paperwork and filing with the police. We are not hiding anything!
He never asked if he could come and repurchase the items, which at that time we would have done with his father’s assistance, since he was the legal seller.
We discussed the Leads Online reporting form that was issued when the purchase was made, and Nic was told that if the items are truly stolen, then he should CONTACT THE POLICE and they can do their job in arresting the thief, and recover the items.
Anything beyond that is simple bu****it!
We are licensed. We follow the law. Period.
