1. Absolutely NOT! There is no pain in the process of getting permanent jewelry. The jewelry does not pierce your skin in any way. Permanent jewelry is simply a bracelet, anklet or necklace that is custom fit to you and micro-welded at each end so there is no clasp.
2. How long will my permanent jewelry stay on? Your custom fit pieces will stay on for as long as you'd like! If for some reason you would like to remove your jewelry, simply cut the chain (between the links or on the jump ring if you have one). You can save it if you'd like us to re-weld it in the future. We do not charge to re-weld.
3. What if my chain breaks? Your chains are not indestructible and the same care should be taken with them as you would with any other jewelry but because they are custom fit for you and have no clasp, they are less likely to break. If this does happen, save the chain and give us a call. We are happy to re-weld the chain for you! If your chain is lost, another will need to be purchased.
4. What if I need a medical procedure like MRI? Your permanent jewelry should be removed for medical procedures that ask you to do so. You can cut the chain, save it and we will be happy to re-weld it when you are ready.
5. Who should not get permanent jewelry? Anyone with a pacemaker implanted should not get permanent jewelry because of the welding process. We do offer clasps for those who would like or need that option.
6. What about allergies? The metal choices we currently offer are all hypo-allergenic but this does not mean there is an absolute guarantee that someone may not have a reaction. Both of us here at Fabulously Fuzed do have metal sensitivities and wore all the options we carry on ourselves for several months before offering them in our service.
7. Are we available for events? Yes we are! We are happy to attend your special event or party! Birthdays, bachelorettes, weddings, corporate events, wine nights, paint nights- you name it! We will bring everything needed to make the permanent jewelry portion of your party a fun and memorable experience. AND with any group of 6 or more we offer everybody a 10% discount. (We always have something a little extra special for the host as well)
