‼️⛓️ Find me all weekend at the two day .times.market this Sat & Sun, Aug 22-23 12-5pm!! ⛓️‼️

I thrifted a bag of doll parts a few years ago for an art project, and I came across it again. I saw I had this pair of plastic doll arms and I knew I had to wrap them in chainmail! The arms had the perfect divits, meant to sew the arms to sleeves, but they are also the ideal place to hold chainmail! Now these arms have some badass chainmail cuffs! I also added thumb rings to both hands with some jump rings! Finally, since they are a pair of arms, I had to turn them into a pair of earrings!!

There are going to be 50+ artists both days, so you're definitely gonna come check out Strange Times this weekend!! See y'all soon!!

🐇💗🐈 I've loved Courage the Cowardly Dog since I first saw the original short that was included on a Scooby-Doo VHS! This is the second chainmail plaque I've created in honor of one of my favorite cartoons! 🐇💗🐈

This mouse toy is a gift from Bunny to Kitty who are "best friends", but we all could plainly see that love was deeper, even if they wouldn't specifically name it! The q***r representation in this episode means a lot to so many people, so I thought this would be a special piece to recreate in chainmail!

The tail has a real jingle bell on the end of it, and I purposely made it hang off the plaque so it could be jingled. Bunny wears a blue beaded necklace and bracelet set, so I painted it onto the plaque to frame the mouse toy.

🔗🔗 I sold my last chunky chainmail chain necklace at the previous .times.market , so I made a couple new ones for the next Strange Times! 🔗🔗

I really wanted to make these chunky links in a rainbow, so I did, and it turned out so cool!! I love making a statement necklace even more bold with the color choice!

If a neutral color pallet is more your style, I made the second chunky chainmail chain necklace with bright aluminum rings, but with one special dark grey link with bead accents. The beaded link looks so rad, I'm really pleased with how it turned out!

⛓️ I stumbled upon a pack of tie tacks that I forgot I had, so I made more chainmail collar pins!! Plus a bonus chainmail brooch because there was an extra tie tack in the pack!! ⛓️

These are such fun little pieces to make and they can be worn in so many ways! They're just a really fun accessory to enhance your look with minimal effort!!

🦴🦴 Next market announcement and new chainmail bones!!! 🦴🦴

I've got three new chainmail wrapped bone necklaces for you lovelies! Two deer ribs and a bison tooth!

I love the dark stain on the deer ribs, it really helps the chainmail pop! The shape of the rib is so fun for a necklace and I received a ton of compliments on my own chainmail wrapped deer rib necklace I wore to the last Strange Times Market, so here's the chance for you to get your own!

The bison tooth was SO challenging to wrap, but I finally figured out a design that worked! The bison tooth is also the heaviest piece I think I've ever made, so if you like weighted jewelry, this one's definitely for you! The bison tooth necklace is shown wrapped twice to fit on the display for photos, but it is just one long, chunky chain!

⁉️‼️Who's That POKEMON!?!?!?!? ‼️⁉️

My Pokemon knowledge pretty much is limited to first gen, but I've always loved Oddish and this chainmail version turned out SO FREAKING CUTE!!!

I sculpted more clay to give the chainmail 3D shape, and repainted some faux leaves to make this Oddish pop off the plaque! If this doesn't get purchased at .times.market on July 26th from 12-5pm, I may keep this for myself!

Less than two weeks until you get your one chance to make this Oddish yours!!

✴️✴️ Find me at .times.market on Sun July 26th from 12-5pm!! ✴️✴️

Ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! I've made a Soot Sprite out of chainmail! I also made a half sphere out of clay to make it pop three dimensionally off the plaque! I used some star beads to represent the candies that Sen throws to the sprites in Spirited Away! I think it turned out adorable! 😍 I'm going to be incorporating more 3D elements into my chainmail, so get excited for more!

🌟 NEXT MARKET IS COMING UP QUICK!! .times.market on July 26th!! 🌟

I recently rewatched some Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and it is the same funny, nonsensical bull crap I remember from when I watched it as a teen myself.

I particularly love the confidence and stupidity that are the Mooninite characters, Ignignokt and Err, so I decided to make them in chainmail! Of course, I made them both giving the middle finger, because that is what they do. I painted some pixelated stars on the background to compliment the pixelated character designs!

✨⛓️ Catch me at the market at this Saturday 5/30 from 1-5pm!! ⛓️✨

Got some new chainmail necklaces for ya!! Two are made with a Byzantine weave arranged into a netted pattern which gives wonderful dimension and visual interest to those necklaces! The third is all about the simple details with the subtle, but beautiful Mobius Spiral weave combined with some v shaped bar accents.
