Some stories are more than a century in the making.
This week, Atlas & Ashes joined Joel’s Dark Triumph collection in Las Vegas.
Originally crafted for Tiffany & Co. in New York during the 1880s, this antique pocket watch spent more than a century telling one story. I had the privilege of helping write the next.
Throughout the evening, my phone filled with photos, texts, and calls from the boutique. Joel’s message simply read:
“My newest piece… 🫶🖤 I’m so excited.”
A little later, Candace sent close-up photos with one observation:
“Oh my God the little details!!!!”
Those messages reminded me that the real story doesn’t end when a piece leaves my bench. That’s where it truly begins.
Joel, thank you for adding Atlas & Ashes to your collection. Candace, thank you for noticing the details. John, thank you for creating an experience worthy of the piece.
