All you Lia Sophia jewelry owners....here's information on Returns/Exchanges as the company winds down their business. Must get those exchanges sent in ASAP!

For U.S. Returns and Exchanges

Effective December 1, 2014 we will only be accepting exchanges for products purchased before December 1, 2014. until December 28, 2014.

Please send all exchanges to: 1620 Central Avenue, Roselle, IL 60172-1602.

All sale items ordered are considered final and not eligible for return or exchange. The Lifetime Replacement Guarantee does not apply to any final sales purchases. However, if you receive an incorrect item OR if any item is received with a manufacturing defect, contact Customer Service 800-959-3323 or email Customer Service at [email protected]. All requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receipt. In the event the original item is sold out, one of our Customer Service Representatives will assist you with finding another item of equal value, if available.

You should expect to receive your replacement within two to three weeks of approval. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive and review your return request and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.

Hi folks, today's holiday brunch is cancelled. Not sure if everyone heard but Lia Sophia is going out of business! What timing...I know. But....while today's brunch is cancelled (due to lack of selling/display inventory) - look for my online posts. I'm going to get jewelry at 50% off as they shut down their business.
