Poet and/the Bench presents new work in addition to our current collection by fine artist Jon Vohr. The artist’s abstract landscapes in oil on canvas and panel feature the gestural markings, flattened shapes, bold areas of color and path-like bands and aerial compositions which play key roles in his abstract topographical paintings capturing locales in the open spaces, farmlands and beaches in the San Francisco Bay Area from Fort Funston to West Marin.

Unboxing more from The Netherlands! Judith lived in Mill Valley, where we discovered her at her first ever exhibition. Jeffrey was a judge and the team of 4 jurors unanimously chose Julems Ceramics as Best in Show. And soon after we began carrying her wheel thrown and hand decorated ceramics in our design gallery.

Her home goods have become coveted, made in small batches and in limited quantities! 8 years later, she continues to be a featured artist at with new forms explored and fave ones designed with fresh patterns and that signature Scandi-Cali design…

We love the new big lidded jars! A request we made for dog treats and we know you’ll be scooping these up!

Judith also has some new palettes and designs on tiny dishes and spoon rests. We’re loving the neutral tones with a matte glaze as much as the new pops of color. So much more coming your way! Stay tuned!
