We are Dennis and Lynn Rossignol, owners of The Stone Rappers.We have been mineral collectors for over 20 years, which was the start of our hobby/business. Like most people who get into the hobby of mineral collecting, we became interested in the Lapidary end of it. Some people cut stones,(faceting), others get into the silver and Gold work, making settings for jewelry,etc. Dennis can cut
and polish stones which are known as cabochons, using rough,(raw material, which is formed into a finished product), and Lynn wirewraps them, using sterling silver or gold-filled wire, also other wire, like copper, turning them into a wearable piece of art.
