I am often asked when I refine gold plated jewelry what happens to the silver that some of the plated items are made out of. Remember....Everything except gold dissolves in the nitric acid so we then need to separate out the pure silver, as thats the Money 🤑 💰 💰 !!! Here is a video showing you the process.
