Tungsten test dial after white color fill, application of BGW9 lume, and some sanding. Couple spots didn’t retain the color fill like I thought, so I’ll have to work on that.

First full dial cut from tungsten. Stuff cuts like butter at 90% power. 😅 Going to move the logo up a bit on the next one.

Cutting a dial from 0.5mm Tungsten sheet. We’re rocking 90% power on the 100W fiber laser for this. 😅

Something a little different. A VH31 powered pocket watch build. I’ve set it up on a nice titanium and leather loop with a quick disconnect, so it’s easy to quickly remove the pocket watch from the loop without having to take it off your belt loop.

Custom 28.5mm dial made from Nickel Silver, airbrushed with Kaleido Colorworks KO43 Matt Blue, and then sealed with Kaleido Gloss Varnish.

Jerry rigged some LED light bars to brighten up the inside of the laser enclosure. Much better than working with a flash...

Vintage Nivada Grenchen Taravana repair. Watch was missing a case clamp and a case back gasket. Existing clamp was a bit rusted too, so I ended up replacing both. Took a little trial and error to get the shape of clamps just right in order to have a good bite on the case, but now the dial/movement don’t move when setting the time.

Sapphire crystal replacement on an Orient Ray Raven 2. The OEM crystal had been shattered by an impact to the edge. New double dome crystal passed 100M wet pressure test without issue.
