Sharing my mom’s granola recipe with y’all because it’s SO GOOD, so easy, and it keeps me from starving. I can eat it every day and never get tired of it. Our dad always eats it like a cereal (he likes a big splash of half and half with a little bit of milk) with blueberries on top, so that’s how we eat it too. It is also delicious as a yogurt topping or just dry. You can pack it down and make granola bars, too.

I always double the recipe and never put raisins in (yuck!). I also do a combo of honey and eagle brand syrup (1 cup total for a doubled recipe).

I probably have the recipe memorized, but I love opening up our old church cookbook and seeing mom’s name there. 🤍
