Bonnie knew immediately her talents for creating jewelry with business potential when in the Hamptons of the summer of 2002, a friend offered to pay her more than $150 for a necklace she recently made right off her neck! This wasn’t Bonnie’s first experience with designing jewelry as she created her first pair of abstract earings and participated in her high school arts fair at the age of 15. Bonn
ie wasn’t always interested in jewelry as for many years she focused on helping others as a social worker and employed in various positions from medical to fashion sales. In the last year, Bonnie was recently inspired to combine her passion for creativity and her desire to give back to the community by donating to multiple charities from the proceeds of jewelry sales. This was the beginning of the bonnie jennifer experience. Aside from Bonnie’s individual creativity, she was also influenced by her mother who is an avid art collector, and (body art) sculptor along with her father who had a successful business career. Bonnie is the founder owner and independent operator of bonnie jennifer. Bonnie’s concept is both unique, yet trendy combining many of the latest styles which are individually hand picked and selected from an array of designers from the US and around the world. Bonnie also offers a sophisticated collection of her own individually hand crafted items and is often told she has an excellent eye for choosing the best styles that are not only elegant but also affordable. Much of Bonnie’s selection is a reflection of her ongoing spiritual evolution and personal growth. Bonnie’s sense of style and handpicked collections come from her life experiences coupled with influences from her mother’s eclectic cubistic home and sculptures.
