I am back in the market for a realtor wanting to work with me on the sale of my commercial property. It is an old building in the heart of downtown Marietta at 256 Front Street. It is half of the building occupied by my store Jewelry by Design and Two Peas in a Pod. 254 Front Street, located in the same historic structure, is owned and occupied by Two Peas in a Pod.

It has had many upgrades, including . . . electrical and plumbing upgrade in 2003, new Pella Windows on the front and new windows in the rear in 2005, a new rubber roof on the primary structure in May of 2023, 2 new HVAC units in December 2023, and a new roof on the extension to the rear of the building Spring of 2024.

There is a retail space located at street level, and there is potential for a loft office or apartment on both the second and third floors. Someone with the right initiative and skills could live here and work here.

I want to list it with a real estate agency for $295,000.00, but I'm willing to negotiate a lower price to a private buyer.

It's always a bit intimidating when someone says, "Just make something pretty and nice." I'm flattered, but apprehensive that I might really like it and they maybe will not. In spite of the last couple years, and the chaos that we have all had to adjust to, it has been a busy, challenging and appealing time for me. Life truly is GOOD šŸ˜‰
Wednesday will be my last day in the shop until January 10th.
My hope and prayer at this time of year is for all of you to have happy and meaningful time spent with those you love and care about. Stay safe and well and may 2022 bring you good health, joy and happiness in all you do.
