I may be a jeweler 💍… but more than anything, I’m his mom.

When he was little he had a walkie talkie just to reach me in my workroom, and he’d come over it saying, “you make beauuuutiful ffffangs.” He couldn’t say “things” yet… but he believed in me before anyone else did.

He was there at the very beginning of my jewelry journey.

And I’ll be there at the beginning of every journey he takes. Always in his corner. Always proud of him.

These days, he might roll his eyes at me now and then, but I’ll always be his biggest supporter, loudest fan, and the one reminding him he can do anything he sets his mind to. ❤️

Today I'm honoring two of my family's veterans:
Andrew Henry Ayres Sr., my Great Great Grandpa who served as an Officer in the Battle of Gettsburg.
Kendall Ray Mcgown, my Grandpa who fought in the Korean War and made roads in front of the front lines under the Corp of Engineers.

Thankful for their service and for all who have served. 🇺🇸
