Visiting Scotland was like stepping into a storybook. From visits to the countryside and meeting the infamous Barbour horses, to petting highland cows, learning falconry, exploring St. Andrews & the stunning Gleneagles property…

Standing in the quiet stillness of the Scottish countryside, surrounded by rolling green hills, ancient earth, and a silence so profound you could feel it in your chest… I had the extraordinary opportunity to play my crystal alchemy bowls beneath the open sky. The resonance carried through the landscape in a way I will never forget. It was so serene, so deeply moving, it nearly brought me to tears.

The frequencies seemed to dissolve into the wind itself as though the land was listening back.

And perhaps the best part? Even our lovely gentleman guides admitted this was a first-time experience for them… which gave us all a good laugh in the middle of such a transcendent moment.

A once-in-a-lifetime memory I’ll carry forever. Scotland, thank you for your magic. 🤍

Last week at Canyon Ranch felt like stepping into a space that speaks the same language as my being. Much like the powerful healing of frequencies, the land, stillness, and energy carried a quiet magic that you can’t quite put into words, only feel.

I had the honor of hosting a trunk show and sound meditation to celebrate my Cymatics collection, and what unfolded was so much more than I could have imagined. Sharing this work in a place that truly understands the power of vibration, healing, and intention felt deeply aligned.

But more than anything, it was the people I met along the way. The openness, presence, and genuine connection. Each conversation and moment of stillness together felt like a gentle remembering.

I hold so much gratitude for the space, the energy, and every soul who shared in it. Thank you so much for having me! 🫶

Returning to Pratt Institute on Friday felt like stepping through time. I’m so grateful to the Jewelry Department for inviting me to visit the senior class and share a bit about life after Pratt. We talked about building a path in the fine jewelry world, following curiosity, and letting creativity lead in unexpected directions.

I spoke about my Cymatics Collection and demonstrated how sound can create visible patterns in matter, followed by a brief sound meditation for the students. Seeing their openness and curiosity reminded me so much of what it felt like to sit at those desks years ago, full of questions about what the future holds.

Afterward, I walked through the studio and found my old senior bench. Standing there and wandering the campus that shaped me, I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude and pride for how far the journey has come. Moments like this feel beautifully full circle. 🫶
