The writing challenge for this week's 24 Hour Challenge topic is to write about the best: Seminar, Workshop, Class, ...etc. you've attended (Climbing, Fitness, Jiu-Jitsu, School). Pick the most memorable one and tell us why! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners get a FREE Life Brand T-Shirt and choice of one of these kick ass books! 50% of all proceeds will be donated to headrushwisconsin.org.
