To our Russian Customers: We had a made a decision as a company to stop shipping to Russia in January 2013 due to lack of reliable package insurance. We have found a solution to that problem today and are happy to announce we are now shipping to Russia again. See our policy below regarding Russian shipments for eBay sales. We are in process of crafting a new Russian policy for Upscaletime.com to announce at a future date.

Russian Buyers Shipping to Russia Only : Please wait for correct invoice amount before paying at listing end to avoid issues. All packages shipped to Russia ship by USPS Express Mail International. Delivery time is normally 3-8 weeks. We charge a flat rate $62.99 shipping+ insurance cost. Insurance cost is $1.55 per $100 rounded to nearest $100. This cost is in addition to the $62.99 shipping charge. For example: Item for $1200+ shipping must be insured for $1300, 13*$1.55 +$62.99= $83.14 total shipping and insurance. Combined shipping is $12.99 per additional watch in package(must be paid in one transaction to ship together). Maximum value per package shipped to Russia is $2000. If over $2000 we cannot currently ship it to Russia if paid by Paypal(This may change later and be increased). please note, this is our actual cost for shipping to Russia. We make no profit on shipping and insurance costs.
