We would just like to remind you all of a few policies we have in place to protect ourselves and our business:
We have a strict no refund policy and all sales are final. We cut the chains from our bulk supply and custom fit it to you. Any concerns need to be voiced during your appointment and before the chain is cut from the spool. Once the chain is cut, payment is required.
We guarantee our welds, if anything happens to your jewelry please reach out to us so we can make it right. Permanent does not mean indestructible. This is dainty jewelry and can break under pressure, and you want it to break if it gets caught on something so that your hand doesn’t break!
We have a two week guarantee on the chains. Meaning, if your jewelry breaks within two weeks of getting it and you lose it, please contact us so we can get you taken care of.
Even if you are outside of the two week guarantee and your jewelry breaks, we can re-weld it for you. (The two week guarantee is for lost chains)
*We do not offer refunds, replacements, or discounts.
We always try to work with you to make things right and to make sure that you’re happy and taken care of.
*we understand that things happen. There is a lot that is outside of our control and happens due to the wearers lifestyle. Like mentioned above, we always try to make things right and get your jewelry repaired, and you taken care of.
