🔔✨ SOUND CLEARING: LET THE SOUND DO THE WORK!

Bells, chimes, singing bowls, and even the sound of your own clapping can be used to clear stagnant energy and refresh the atmosphere in your space.

Sound is a powerful tool in spiritual practice. The vibrations from bells and chimes can help shift the feeling of a room, bring your attention back to the present moment, and signal a fresh energetic beginning.

✨ How to use sound for clearing:

🔔 Ring a bell as you move through your home, paying attention to corners, doorways, and areas that feel heavy.

🎐 Use wind chimes near windows or entryways to bring sound and movement into your environment.

Sweetgrass is a fragrant grass with a soft vanilla scent that grows in the cool northern lands of North America, Europe, and Asia, and it's sacred to many Indigenous nations who braid it and burn it in prayer. Honor that history and buy from people who harvest it with care. Here's how you can bring it into your own practice. 🌿

✨ ON YOUR ALTAR
Lay a small braid or a few strands on your altar as a reminder of the sweetness, gratitude, and peace you want to grow in your life. Refresh it when the scent fades.

🔥 BURNING
You only need a small piece. Light the tip, let it catch, then gently blow it out so it smolders, and hold it over a fireproof dish. Let the smoke move through your space while you pray, meditate, or set your intention. Open a window and stay with it until it's fully out.

🌿 SWEETGRASS OIL
Cut dried sweetgrass into small pieces, fill a clean glass jar about halfway, and cover it completely with a gentle oil like jojoba or sweet almond. Close it, set it in a warm spot out of direct sun, and give it a little shake every few days. After 2 to 4 weeks, strain it and use it to dress candles, anoint yourself, or add to your body care.

🌹 ROSE AND SWEETGRASS SUGAR SCRUB
Mix 1 cup of sugar with about 1/2 cup of your sweetgrass oil, then stir in 2 tablespoons of dried rose petals crushed fine. Speak your intention over it as you mix, whether that's self love, softness, or welcoming more beauty in. Using the infused oil gives you all that sweet scent without rough grass fibers on your skin. Patch test first and keep it to your body and away from your face.

There has never been a better time to be wildly creative with your work.

Seriously.

We are living in a moment where you can literally wake up one morning and decide, “You know what? I’m going to make a business around something I’ve been obsessed with for 20 years.”

You can make videos in your kitchen.
You can sell something you created with your own hands.
You can teach what you know.
You can build a community of people who get it.
You can turn your weird little obsession into a whole damn business.

So if you have an idea that feels a little too weird, a little too bold, a little too “who the hell is going to buy this?”…

GOOD.

That might be the one.

This is not the time to make yourself smaller so your idea looks more “professional.”

This is the time to experiment.
Try the ridiculous idea.
Make the strange thing.
Wear the outfit.
Name the business something nobody understands yet.
Put the thing on the internet and see what happens.

Because there is never going to be another time exactly like this.

So go ahead.

Do the most creative, outrageous, slightly unhinged thing you can think of.

And then build the business around it. 😂🔥

Be mindful of people who create a problem and then offer to solve it for you.

If somebody tells you you’re hexed, cursed, blocked, spiritually attacked, etc., and then immediately wants you to pay them to remove it… that’s a HUGE red flag. 🚩

Don’t let somebody scare you into paying for a problem they just introduced you to.

Use your discernment . 🖤
