King Day 1000 BLK Lgbt Marching 1000 Black LGBT March for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. We March and Celebrate Together with Dignity and with Pride JOIN US.

1000 BLACK LGBT MARCH FOR KING is a historic coalition of
nearly 50 Black Le***an, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender
trailblazers and community groups based in the Los Angeles area. Joined by our families, friends and allies we proudly march
unified under one umbrella to celebrate and honor the great work of Dr. King. "Pieces of A Dream Fulfilled" is the theme of our first float
commandeered by the

75 year-old powerhouse, Jewel Thais-Williams,
owner of the legendary Catchone and The Village Health Foundation,
who was recently honored by Mayor Villaraigosa
for 40 years of service to the Los Angeles Black LGBT community. Boldly stepping out to dispell the fears, ignorance and
stigma associated with the Black Gay, Le***an, Bisexual and
Transgender experience, this courageous group is making visible
it's community' s true contribution and significance in shaping and
