Everyone please do not take this the wrong way but please do NOT place a order especially a big order and then complete cancel and block us these items being made take a lot of our time and patience if this keeps happening I will have to have a down payment before completing orders and I hate to do that but I had a bad experience tonight after working on a order for 2+ hours I hope everyone understands
