I’m a actually blown away but the way my friend Ken Chu put this in perspective for me today!
“Forgive my lack of knowing your background, I didn’t know you were with someone before the woman that I am familiar with seeing in your photos over the recent years.

Having said that, I know the pains of an unhealthy and unfaithful relationship. Not that I am assuming you are going through the same.

If I may though, my most relevant realization, was that I have control and power over how I am affected by other people places and things.

Our emotional experience is directly related to our investment towards those things and/or people. Understanding how to create mental and even emotional distance is when you will experience the lesser, more tolerable emotion towards those people/things that are causing your turmoil.

Do me a favor and read over my words, internalize what I am saying and allow the simplicity of understanding, to create the beginning of your relief... the lifting of weight.

Oftentimes, relief comes by way of knowledge and enlightenment, not through action.” wise Man! 🙏🏻 thank you!
