WE’RE HIRING!
We are looking to add to our team as we head into our busy fall season! Positions available are:

BAKER
All aspects of baking in our deck and rack ovens. (Overnight or early morning shifts)

MIXER
Responsible for scaling/mixing all of our daily doughs including sourdoughs, brioche, and bagels. (Early morning 5am-1pm)

DOUGH SHAPING

Dividing and shaping dough for final proof. (8am-4pm)

SHOP STAFF

Retail customer service position. Weekend availability required!

Experience is a HUGE plus, but not necessarily required! A positive attitude and willingness to learn is much more important to us! Bakery work is very physical…lots of lifting and moving in a sometimes hot and humid environment. Please keep that in mind when applying.

We have Challah, Cinnamon Babka, and Chocolate/Hazelnut Babka available. Pick-up will be between 11am-2pm on Friday 9/11/26!

🇺🇸HAPPY FOURTH WEEKEND!!🇺🇸
We are busting out a new special for the occasion….SMORES BABKA!!
We pack our babka dough with Nutella, chocolate chunks, marshmallows, and top with crumbled graham cracker bits! Come grab one with your bread! We will have a full selection of bread (including Jalapeño/Cheddar), bagels, cookies, and cinnamon rolls! Normal hours 8am-2pm. See you there!

🐇🐇Happy Easter Weekend!🐣🐣
We will NOT be open on Easter Sunday, but we made a ton of bread for tomorrow (Saturday 8am-2pm). Come stock up on all of your favorites, including Lemon/Blueberry and Jalapeño/Cheddar. In addition, we will have bagels, babka, cinnamon rolls, and cookies! No bunny shaped loaves, because well, we think all our Countries look like bunnies!
🚨REMINDER🚨 We will be CLOSED the following week for Sprint Break, but will be open on 4/11-4/12 for normal hours (8-2)

We are getting VERY close to completing our new production/shop space, and with that we are looking to add to our amazing team!

We have a position in the shop that we are looking to fill ASAP. Hours to start will be…
Wednesdays (8:30-4:30)
Sundays (6:30-2:30)
and Tuesdays (8:30-4:30)

Back of house positions would begin once we move over to our new space (in the next month or so), but we are starting to interview now! The roles we are looking to fill will vary based on each candidate’s experience. This could range from an entry-level dough shaper to a full-time baker/mixer position. Experience is always a huge plus, but more important is a positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Additionally, there could be a situation where a candidate could support both our FOH and BOH where needed. If any of these roles sound like a good fit, please email us your resume to [email protected]!

☘️☘️DELI RYE + IRISH SODA BREAD☘️☘️
Tomorrow (Sunday), we will have a bunch of our sourdough soda bread AND plenty of Deli Rye for those left over corned beef sandwiches! Of course we will have all your other favorite breads, cookies, bagels, babka and cinny rolls! Come grab some (and Kerrygold butter!) 8AM-2PM

☘️☘️IRISH SODA BREAD🍀🍀
We will have our version of this tasty treat FRI/SAT/SUN! We make ours with a combination of buttermilk, and a healthy amount of our sourdough starter. The dough is allowed to slightly bulk ferment overnight in the fridge, before shaping and baking the next morning! Made with organic raisins and just enough caraway seeds, all it needs is some butter! Sláinte!

CHALLAH!! We’ve been trying to get this one out to you all for a while now! Non-dairy and naturally fermented, our version is made with wildflower honey and olive oil.
Come grab some in shop this Wednesday! We will unfortunately NOT be at Bell Works ( ) this week due to losing a prep day from the storm. We wanted to give you all enough time to pivot your plans a bit and come out to see us in Little Silver!

💘💘You’re going to LOVE this weekend’s specials! Chocolate/Cherry will be available both Friday AND Saturday! This one is a real crowd favorite, made with dried cherries, chocolate chunks, and cocoa powder mixed into the dough. Fermented long and cold as always! We will also have semolina hearts both days too! And for those of you asking, we will have Chocoate Babkas and Cinnamon rolls on Fri/Sat, and King Cakes again on Sunday! Give em the gift the really want, BREAD! Happy Valentines Day!
